Andrew Crist

Andrew grew up in Springfield MO and after high school attended Concordia University Nebraska. It was there that he decided to work toward becoming a Director of Christian Education (DCE). DCEs have a variety of responsibilities that differ depending on the congregation the DCE serves. At Redeemer Andrew works under the supervision of the pastor to support all educational aspects of the congregation including the resourcing of teachers and their continued support. He also works as the youth director, ensuring the continued support and growth of all youth in the congregation. He does this as an intern because the last year of training for a DCE requires a year long internship.
